Requirements

  • 6-8 years Full Stack Development experience using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and SQL
  • Fundamental Computer Science Knowledge: Basic understanding of core computer science concepts
  • Version Control and Build Systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and build systems
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling new challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and uplift the technical capabilities of peers and junior engineers
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to work well in a team
  • Continuous Learning: Deeply motivated to learn and explore new technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to requirements gathering: Works closely with product management and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define Technical Specifications which define technical requirements and tasks needed
  • Architecture Knowledge: Develop expertise in specific areas of our software architecture
  • Mentor and guide other Engineers and junior developers in tackling complex problems, improving code quality, and adopting best practices
  • Contribute to Codebase: Work on well-defined tasks, adding value to our codebase with effective and efficient code
  • Unit Testing: Write and execute unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code
  • Integration Testing: Write and execute integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the application's interaction between different components
  • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team
  • Initiative and Learning: Show initiative and a strong motivation to learn and grow within the role
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the team, product management, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on status and progress
