Fullstack Engineer

Summary

Join RYZ as a Fullstack Developer and contribute to optimizing partner payments through real-time data integrations. You will be responsible for maintaining a legacy integration and building a new real-time server-to-server setup. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment, navigating technical dependencies. This hands-on position demands strong attention to detail, solid web development knowledge, and comfort working across front-end and back-end integration logic. The role involves fixing a legacy integration, designing and developing a new real-time integration, collaborating with internal teams, configuring and testing web-based solutions, troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and documenting integration specs. Requirements

• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong experience with JavaScript , HTML , and browser developer tools
• Experience working with tag managers (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch)
• Familiarity with integration methods involving FTP , server-to-server APIs , or event-based data transmission
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Strong testing and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable participating in video calls, sharing updates, and collaborating with distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Maintain and fix the current Collect Impact integration , which sends daily transaction data via FTP to calculate partner payments
• Lead the design and development of a new Live Impact integration , moving toward a server-to-server communication model
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, data, ops) to align efforts with ongoing back-office development work
• Configure, implement, and test web-based solutions using browser dev tools, tag managers, and JavaScript-based setups
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure clean data delivery for accurate downstream reporting and payments
• Document integration specs and deployment steps to ensure long-term maintainability
