Requirements
- Have minimum 5 years of extensive experience developing Magento 2/Adobe Commerce based solutions
- Possess expertise in both front-end and back-end development in Magento
- Have profound understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, including SOLID principles
- Be proficient in PHP 8 and Doctrine
- Have familiarity with Venia
- Have hands-on experience with Docker
- Have thorough knowledge of Composer
- Have familiarity with Magento supporting services such as MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch
- Have ability to effectively utilize MySQL databases and SQL proficiency
- Have understanding of REST concepts and be adept at creating APIs adhering to best practices
- Have familiarity with contemporary IT systems
- Have strong commitment to code quality
- Be able to develop unit and integration tests with a clear understanding of their significance
- Be capable of independently crafting readable and testable code compliant with industry standards
- Have familiarity with web application security
- Be comfortable engaging in discussions with C-level, leading to architectural decisions and proposed design solutions
- Have experience in effective communication with business representatives
- Be able to comprehend customer requirements and deliver tangible business value
- Be proficient in English (B2+) and Polish (B1/B2)
- Work from the European Union region and have a work permit
Responsibilities
- Be part of Xebia Poland community of PHP developers working closely together in the PHP Guild
- Receive support from Team Leader and development opportunities such as Tech Leader or Solutions Architect
- Cooperate with clients from various industries
- Work in an agile environment with tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Miro
- Implement business requirements provided by the client
- Share knowledge with other team members
- Work in cloud and on-premises environments
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience in technical leadership β a tech lead, lead developer, principal developer, architect etc. role. Alternatively, a solid technical background and strong motivation to pursue such a position is a big plus
