Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a startup environment
- Proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform or similar technologies
- A history of delivery on high impact organizational projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Passion for product development and a willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects
- Commitment to following best practices and standards for software development
- Wants to be part of building an engineering team from the ground up
- Participation in on-call rotation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from conception to deployment and maintenance
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve product functionality, performance, and usability
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Experience in digital health technologies is a strong plus
