Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software development experience
• Practical experience with AWS systems, including but not limited to Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, Bedrock
• Strong AL/ML systems focus, deep expertise in Python and Java development, AI/ML frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, Bedrock, Bedrock Knowledge Base, API design across multiple protocols, distributed systems architecture, and schema design with database persistence
• Experience working on strategic technical initiatives with multiple engineers, strong ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Demonstrates excellent technical judgment in AI system design, balances rapid prototyping with production-ready solutions, takes end-to-end ownership of AI solution delivery, and maintains commitment to AI/ML engineering best practices
