Requirements
- PhD candidate in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Chemistry, or a related field
- Strong background in generative modeling and geometric deep learning
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow)
- Strong programming skills and experience with large-scale computational experiments
Responsibilities
- Investigate, implement, and develop state-of-the-art generative techniques (diffusion, flow-matching, stochastic interpolants, etc.) for generative modelling of small molecules
- Benchmark and compare model performance with previous approaches
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Contribute to publications and presentations
