Requirements

  • Completed higher education
  • Commercial experience in the air segment
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
  • Intermediate Office Suite proficiency
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, and more)
  • Experience in team management
  • Developing Spanish skills

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate commercial conditions with airlines
  • Manage key performance indicators of airline partners, developing plans together
  • Design new projects and strategies that positively impact sales and profitability in the app, online, and offline channels
  • Work with the Operations team, acting as the main mediator between the internal Decolar team and the external partner (airline)
  • Manage a team of specialists
