German Country Manager / E-Commerce in Germany

Summary

The company is seeking an experienced E-Commerce manager to lead their project in Germany. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position, knowledge in digital marketing, and the ability to create business plans, budgets, and strategies. German as a native language and fluent English are required. Remote work and flexible hours are offered.

Requirements

• Experience in E-Commerce management
• Knowledge in digital marketing is beneficial
• Experience in creating business plans, budgets, and annual strategies including profit and loss statements
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge in category management for IT products is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and update the business plan
• Customer acquisition through online and offline measures
• Supplier management
• Negotiations with partners
• Team Management
• Monthly budget and sales profitability monitoring
• Development of online and offline strategies and goals for the E-Commerce channel
• Setting, evaluating, and controlling channel targets (service quality, sales and marketing targets, implementation of marketing actions, etc.)

Strategic thinking, creativity, independence, proactivity, analytical skills, and results orientation are desirable qualities
