Summary

Join Keywords Studios as the Global Head of Facilities and Leasing, a strategic leadership role overseeing the global real estate portfolio. You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape global real estate and workplace strategies, reporting to the CFO. The role requires significant experience in facilities management, leasing, and real estate operations in a global capacity. Success in this role demands strong leadership, negotiation, and financial management skills.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • Possess 10+ years of experience in facilities management, leasing, or real estate operations, with significant leadership experience in a global capacity
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of global real estate markets, leasing practices, and compliance requirements
  • Show proven ability to manage complex, multi-location portfolios
  • Possess exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Have expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Show a strong understanding of BCP/DRP frameworks and implementation
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage the organization’s global portfolio of real estate assets
  • Manage facilities management
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies and negotiate leases
  • Optimize workplace and enhance employee experience
  • Manage financial aspects and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans (BCP/DRP)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold a Master's degree
  • Possess professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, CoreNet Global MCR)
  • Have experience implementing sustainable and energy-efficient building practices
  • Be familiar with workplace technology platforms (e.g., IWMS, CAFM)
  • Hold certification or training in BCP/DRP (e.g., CBCP, ISO 22301)
