Requirements

• Emerging/Frontier market FX experience working in the EM/Frontier market FX space with ideally a deep network in Africa
• Proven track record in revenue generation to become a significant contributor to the business' global P&L
• Managing a global team across EMEA and APAC
• Developing and maintaining relationships with banks and liquidity providers to ensure competitive FX pricing
• Working closely with Zepz's Biz Dev team to drive existing and new business opportunities in FX
• A keen strategic mind, thought leader for Zepz, and contributor to shaping the future of the business through thoughtful FX strategies
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Managing the global FX team at Zepz
• Developing and managing the firm's FX activities, opportunities, and exposures globally
• Splitting responsibilities between execution and developing an FX strategy
