Global Recruitment Intern

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree / university student ready to work full-time
• Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent written and oral communication skills
• A pro-active and driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• People-oriented and energetic

Responsibilities

• Screen candidate applications
• Give feedback to candidates and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top-tier candidate experience
• Closely monitor all stages of the candidate life cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity
• Use a variety of direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals
• Keep internal recruitment systems up to date
• Assist in preparing recruitment-related reports and analysis
• Interview and evaluate candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements (together with Global Recruiter)
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated (together with Global Recruiter)
• Participate in other HR - related projects
