Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree / university student ready to work full-time
- Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- A pro-active and driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- People-oriented and energetic
Responsibilities
- Screen candidate applications
- Give feedback to candidates and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top-tier candidate experience
- Closely monitor all stages of the candidate life cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity
- Use a variety of direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals
- Keep internal recruitment systems up to date
- Assist in preparing recruitment-related reports and analysis
- Interview and evaluate candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements (together with Global Recruiter)
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated (together with Global Recruiter)
- Participate in other HR - related projects
