Global Revenue Operations Project Manager

Summary

Join the DocPlanner team as a Revenue Operations Project Manager to elevate Go-To-Market operational excellence, scale the business with tools & processes, and empower the business with high-degree business partnering and enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing and leading complex projects in a global environment
• Strong understanding of revenue operations processes and best practices
• Previous experience and know-how of Salesforce is a huge plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving revenue operations processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across global revenue operations, and implement best practices
• Analyze revenue operations data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems and tools
• Develop and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders
• Provide training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems implemented as part of revenue operations projects
