Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and Ruby
• Experience with database management, API development, and system integrations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Golang for advertising and audience features of our platform, ensuring scalability and performance
• Work with the marketing team to support the technical aspects of our platform
• Development of our advertising platform integrations
• Collaborate with product development teams to understand technical specifications and unique selling points of products
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, addressing any issues to ensure uninterrupted campaign execution
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve backend processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other third-party integration platforms
• Strong experience with Java, Python, or C# programming languages
