The ideal candidate possesses strong Go programming skills, API and data pipeline experience, and familiarity with cloud platforms. This is a contractor position offering a monthly salary between $1000 and $1500 USD, depending on experience. The role is fully remote, working directly with our client.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Go programming language and backend development
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining APIs and data pipelines
• Familiarity with third-party system APIs and integration technologies
• Knowledge of data formats like JSON, XML, and protocols like REST, gRPC, and Webhooks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations to retrieve data from third-party systems into Orbee and export data back out
• Design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for API-based and data-pipeline integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and robust performance
• Optimize integration workflows for performance, scalability, and security
• Stay updated on the latest Go programming and integration trends to implement best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the SaaS or marketing technology industries
• Knowledge of API structures (REST, JSON, Authentication)
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
