Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a GTM enablement role, including curriculum design and training delivery
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the impact of enablement efforts
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM enablement strategy to support the onboarding and continuous education of GTM teams
  • Design, implement, and manage curriculum for industry knowledge, product knowledge, and the skills and tools required for team success
  • Build and lead a team of enablement professionals to deliver training programs effectively
  • Create and manage schedules and delivery systems for training sessions
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for GTM enablement initiatives
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep training programs relevant and effective

Benefits

  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): $170,000 - $190,000
  • Base Salary: $119,000 - $133,000
  • Stock options
  • 15 days of vocation, 7 company holidays plus an additional 3 floating holidays and 5 sick days
