Requirements

• Recently completed or about to complete a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with Honours is Essential
• Strong academic track record
• Accounting as a subject up to NQF8 Level
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Handle bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
• Support senior accountants in various accounting tasks
• Process journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Assist in tax preparation and filing
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records
