Responsibilities

  • Working with current customers meet service needs, including monitoring of the effectiveness of the applied technological solutions and equipment maintenance, where it is needed
  • Daily work in laboratory on completing analytical control of water and various process samples
  • Maintenance of existing customers on Shymkent
  • Work with technical specialists of plants
  • Participating in meetings / sales calls for new accounts
  • Visiting plants to collect technical information
  • Analyzing/interpreting of results of applied company’s solutions on customer’s sites and reporting any corrective actions to the customer
  • Conducting required training of operating personnel to ensure their understanding of the parameters under which their equipment operates
  • Timely responses to all customer requests
  • Defining and communicating problems as perceived by the customer
  • Maintaining complete and current knowledge of the products and technologies mainly through self-study of the technical information, including future use and needs of the customer
  • Willingness to independently organize work and maintain required infrastructure (IT, supply of the PPE and etc.) by involving the necessary departments of the Company
  • Managing activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved in the balanced interest of the company and customer
  • Providing liaison between marketing, quality, operations and engineering departments to resolve product field issues
  • Maintaining relationships with colleagues and management to improve the quality of services provided
  • Following and complying with all company policies

Join our team as a Junior Field Service Representative and embark on a thrilling

journey of professional growth and international collaboration in the field of water treatment engineering.

The Junior FSR is responsible for customer service support. The main purpose of the position is monitoring of the treatment programs and service of the equipment of existing customers.

Essential responsibilities:

● Working with current customers meet service needs, including monitoring of the effectiveness of the applied technological solutions and equipment

maintenance, where it is needed;

● Daily work in laboratory on completing analytical control of water and various
