Graduate Planner

Summary

Join DotActiv as a Graduate Planner and kickstart your career in the retail technology sector. You will undergo intense category planning learning for about 3 months, followed by deployment as a Category Planner. With a focus on learning and development, you'll have opportunities to upskill and advance in your role.

Requirements

• A Consumer Science, Commerce degree or similar degree at a recognised and accredited university
• A good understanding of English (You must be able to speak, read and write at a business proficiency level)
• Valid driver’s licence and vehicle
• Windows laptop with specific software requirements
• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• Google G-Suite/Google Docs for business skills
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High capacity to represent the DotActiv brand
• High degree of internal client engagement
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to remain attentive in an often busy environment
• Naturally calm and focused
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Create strategic assortment plans
• Design data-driven floor space plans
• Plan and build data-driven shelf plans
• Conduct floor and space plan analytical reviews
• Build ranging reports and category analytical reviews
