Requirements

• Be educated to degree level - preferably qualifications in a computer science related field
• Be a confident IT user and proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work to deadlines with limited supervision
• Be highly proactive and organised with strong attention to detail
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Be eager to learn and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Work within the QA Assurance Department
• Support the planning and testing of software releases
• Assist with maintenance of databases using SQL Server Management Studio
• Participate in team meetings and knowledge transfer sessions
• Participate in on-the-job training where possible
• Be happy to liaise and engage with other members of the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Have an appreciation for coding / computer programming
• Have experience of working with databases (SQL)
• Have any experience / understanding of software testing or the software development lifecycle
