Summary

Join Flow Traders as a Graduate Trader in New York, where you'll start with a 4-month training program and then join an established trading desk. You'll learn about our core business, financial products, and trading processes, and take on responsibilities such as monitoring markets and making split-second decisions.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related
• Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets
• Understanding of financial products
• Proficiency in Excel, a keen interest in IT systems and an affinity for development languages
• Ability to deliver under pressure, with excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills
• Ability to spot arising opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them
• An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on creative problem solving
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions

Responsibilities

• Begin your career with a 4-month training program at Flow's New York office
• Learn about our core business, financial products, and trading processes
• Participate in trading simulations and quantitative classes hosted by Senior Traders and Quantitative Researchers
• Collaborate with fellow graduate traders on a team project to conclude the training program
• Be assigned to an established trading desk based on your skills and interests
• Gradually take on more responsibilities, start monitoring markets, and make split-second decisions

Benefits

Total compensation includes a base of $150,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration
