Graphic Design Consultant, Professor

Summary

Join Mindrift, a company using collective intelligence to ethically shape the future of AI, as a Consultant. You will design and implement a structured classification system (taxonomy framework) for AI specialists. This role also involves creating competency-based assessments to evaluate applicants' skills and expertise. You will provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies and collaborate with the methodologist. Continuous improvement and quality assurance of the framework and tests are key responsibilities. This fully remote, freelance position offers flexibility and the chance to work on advanced AI projects.

Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree or PhD in Graphic Design or a related field
• Have at least 7 years of professional experience in Graphic Design or a related field
• Have an advanced (C1) or above level of English
• Have experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests
• Be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to the organization’s needs
• Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants
• Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies
• Work closely with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies
• Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes
