Summary

Join 20four7VA as a Graphic Designer VA and create visually compelling content for various platforms. You will design high-converting static and animated ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display Network, as well as engaging social media content like Instagram carousels and story graphics. Proficiency in Canva Pro and experience with short-form video editing are essential. Maintain brand consistency across different aesthetics and campaigns. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail (polished design, accurate spelling, clean formatting)
• Solid understanding of modern design principles (white space, visual hierarchy, balance)
• Open to feedback and able to quickly make revisions
• Proactive, communicates clearly, and takes full ownership of assigned tasks
• Social media content examples
• Static ad designs
• At least one short-form video or animated graphic (e.g., Instagram Reel)

Responsibilities

• Create custom Canva Pro designs beyond standard templates
• Apply layered effects, custom spacing, font pairings, and branded color systems
• Use advanced Canva techniques often employed by top-tier influencers and content creators
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across different aesthetics and campaigns
• Design high-converting static ad graphics for: Facebook
• Instagram
• Google Display Network
• Develop visually engaging content such as: Instagram carousels
• Branded story graphics
• Flyers, menus, rack cards, and more
• Create and edit Reels using CapCut and/or Canva animation tools: Basic clip sequencing
• Audio syncing with trending or assigned audio
• Adding text overlays and smooth transitions
• Exporting final videos in the correct format for Instagram
• Upload and organize assets properly in Google Drive
• Ensure easy access and clean file structure for all creative deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task/project management tool
