Summary

Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term program for Early Career Talent to experience life at Binance and understand the rapidly expanding Web3 space. It includes job responsibilities, networking opportunities, and skill development.

Requirements

• Graphic Design or Design-related field major preferred
• Basic knowledge of graphic design fundamentals: layouts, typography, line composition, colour
• Clear communication skills - ability to express complex ideas succinctly while collaborating with teams outside Creative group
• Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must, knowledge of Figma is a plus
• Fluency in English is required, fluency in other languages is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce artwork and advertising for Binance that reflects its identity globally
• Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherency and consistency
• Proactively identify emerging design trends and contribute to creative conversations
• Ideation of Brand-led campaigns
