Requirements

  • 2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma
  • Excellent attention to detail, color, typography, and layout
  • Strong fundamentals in digital design best practices, UX laws and accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with marketing KPIs and using data to optimize design performance
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, and layout
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be highly organized and excellent at managing time and deadlines
  • Passion for creativity, clean and usable designs that are compelling to user

Responsibilities

  • Develop unique, stand-out creatives for marketing campaigns, including banners, ads, social media posts, and email headers
  • Work closely with content marketers to design layouts for long-form content like eBooks, whitepapers, and PDFs
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity by creating memorable designs that appeal to our target audiences across all touchpoints
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages that drive conversions
  • Assist in brainstorming and ideating concepts for advertising campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of web design principles, including responsive design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Animation or motion graphics experience (e.g., After Effects)
  • Experience with printed assets, such as Booths or brochures/pamphlets
