Requirements

  • 3-5 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)
  • Experience with digital design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Familiarity with both digital production requirements (e.g., social media graphics, web assets) and print production processes (e.g., prepress standards, color management)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas effectively, and demonstrated accountability

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling graphics for a variety of mediums, including social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, events and print materials
  • Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across projects. Develop new designs that evolve our brand visual execution
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and meeting technical specifications
  • Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create prototypes and visual assets for digital products and web interfaces
  • Meticulously proof and review designs for alignment, resolution, colors, and overall accuracy before final delivery
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into polished visual designs that achieve project goals
  • Be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders within marketing and across departments, whether via Zoom, Slack or email, to understand creative briefs and assignments, explain creative concepts, and hand off final deliverables
  • Create and maintain reusable templates for consistent and efficient production workflows
  • Organize and maintain project files, ensuring version control and easy accessibility, and project archives to ensure consistency and accessibility
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to every project

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other digital tools for web-based projects
  • Experience in crafting engaging presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Working as an in-house design, preferably on a Marketing team
