Summary

Join TorkLaw, a leading personal injury law firm, as their new Graphic Designer and contribute to a dynamic team. You will create visually compelling designs for various marketing initiatives, collaborating with legal and marketing teams. Responsibilities include designing graphics, collaborating on visual concepts, ensuring on-brand designs, participating in brainstorming sessions, and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience as a Graphic Designer, proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), basic web design skills, and strong communication skills. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Sketch, and other relevant tools
  • Basic web design skills and familiarity with user interface/user experience (UI/UX) principles
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
  • Experience with digital marketing and creating content for social media and websites
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging graphics, including digital images, banners, infographics, brochures, and social media content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with brand strategies
  • Ensure all designs are on-brand, reflect current trends, and are optimized for various platforms
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative input on new projects and campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

Any additional education, certifications, or specialized training in design, web, motion graphics or marketing is a plus
