Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing creative versatility and a strong eye for layout, color, and typography
- Proficient in Canva and Adobe Illustrator
- Solid understanding of social media ad campaigns, especially for LinkedIn and Facebook, and how design impacts performance (e.g., scroll-stopping visuals, CTA placement, A/B testing considerations)
- Ability to interpret campaign goals and performance data to inform future design decisions
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Ability to adapt design style based on different audiences and marketing goals
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating within a remote team
- Comfortable with receiving and implementing constructive feedback in a timely manner
- Willingness to work flexible, ad-hoc hours during EST time zone
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging visual assets for various platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, email headers, and promotional materials
- Design with performance in mind β ensuring all creative assets align with the objectives of paid campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Contribute to strategic market targeting by adapting designs to specific audience segments and campaign goals
- Analyze campaign results in collaboration with the team to refine visuals and improve engagement and conversion rates
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while injecting creativity and innovation into each design
- Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with team members, integrating feedback and contributing to brainstorming sessions
