Summary
Join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer and contribute to creating beautiful website designs, automated marketing tools, and award-winning educational content for small business owners. As a member of our Creative Team, you'll work with designers, content creators, project managers, and report to our Design Director. Your primary focus will be production work, updating existing designs in Spanish and Canadian French, and occasionally creating new graphic design content.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a production or junior capacity
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks without compromising quality
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and take creative direction
Responsibilities
- Update existing designs to recreate them in Spanish and Canadian French, ensuring consistency in design quality
- Work across a range of materials, including charts, tables, social media posts, email banners, and whitepapers
- Occasionally create new graphic design content, collaborating with designer peers to bring concepts to life
- Ensure that all updated designs maintain original design integrity and visual quality
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and project managers to meet project deadlines
- Edit text and graphics in videos using Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools (as needed)
