Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in media measurement and analytics, with agency or consulting experience preferred
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to translate data into client-centric strategies
• Proven leadership in managing and mentoring analytics teams with a collaborative mindset
• High sense of ownership, continuous learning orientation, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead media analytics delivery across client accounts, acting as the strategic lead and building trusted client relationships
• Oversee reporting setups, including dashboards, tagging, and insight generation, while mentoring analysts in data interpretation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive measurement strategies and integrated storytelling
• Drive test & learn initiatives and optimize media performance across conversion and awareness campaigns
• Innovate the agency’s measurement practice, implementing advanced frameworks and guiding technology integration
