Join SmithRx, a rapidly growing Health-Tech company, as a Group Product Manager to lead the Adjudication, Eligibility, and Data Integrations Platform products and team. This senior product leadership role involves architecting and executing a multi-year vision, driving organizational excellence, and delivering measurable impact on the PBM platform. You will lead and mentor a team of Senior Product Managers, define and execute a product portfolio strategy aligned with business priorities and client needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Success requires proven accountability for driving business outcomes, demonstrated ability in multi-year product strategy and mentorship, and strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in product management, including 3+ years managing Product Managers, and experience in the health-tech industry, preferably with PBM or Data Integration API platforms. Location must be in one of the specified states.
Requirements
- Background: 10+ years in product management with at least 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers; expert at vision-setting, strategy, team design and product portfolio management
- Experience: Health-tech industry, with a strong preference for background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Data Integration API platforms
- Results: Proven accountability for driving business outcomes and owning OKRs; recognized for delivering results through high-performing teams and successful product launches in complex environments
- Craft: Demonstrated ability to drive multi-year product strategy, mentor others, and influence at the organizational level. Skilled in designing solutions that work across teams and systems
- Culture: Hands-on and adaptable—equally comfortable leading from the front or working through ambiguity with your team. Strong communicator and natural collaborator; you move fast, act with intention, and raise the bar for those around you
Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Guide and inspire a small team of Senior Product Managers—setting clear expectations, developing talent, and scaling impact by empowering others
- Product Vision: Define, articulate, and execute a forward-looking portfolio strategy, ensuring strong alignment with our business priorities, market trends, and evolving client needs
- Organizational Influence: Partner closely with leadership to set direction, own and track team-level OKRs, and connect product strategy to broader company outcomes and customer value
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate deeply with Engineering, UX Design, Operations, and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality products at pace
- Analytics & Accountability: Make data your north star—track user and product analytics, rigorously measure release impact, and embrace a cycle of iteration and continuous improvement
- Operational Excellence: Lead, plan, and support new product launches and enhancements, bringing operational discipline and clarity across the platform portfolio
