Growth Associate

Summary

Join a critical phase of growth at Ramp as a Growth professional responsible for executing projects and initiatives to drive new customers. Work directly with growth leaders to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and/or operations/strategy at a fast-growing startup
• Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
• Proficiency with data analytics with an ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
• High level of resourcefulness and a track record of being a fast learner
• Communication skills to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals

Responsibilities

• Help drive and influence the growth strategy for NYC's fastest growing startup
• Work to drive net new leads for Ramp, whether that involves building internal tools, improving operations processes, analyzing data in excel, or a myriad of other methods
• Design, execute and measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end
• Solve complex business problems and build / iterate on process for a wide range of go-to-market and operational needs within a high-growth startup
• Work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations to execute against Ramp's growth goals
• Build and analyze dashboards to identify areas of strength and opportunity for Ramp's growth team
