Summary

Join Trove Recommerce as a Growth Enablement Manager to drive top-of-funnel sales strategy and execution. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to define outreach strategies, deploy effective tools, manage campaigns, and shape marketing efforts. Build systems, optimize engagement, and own the top-of-funnel engine. Partner with the sales team to define and execute the top-of-funnel strategy, own outbound outreach playbooks, identify and deploy sales engagement tools, collaborate with marketing on messaging and content, lead ecosystem partnerships, manage referral programs, support event planning, build target account lists, and track and optimize outbound performance. This role requires 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, growth, or marketing, a strong understanding of outbound prospecting tools, cross-departmental collaboration skills, strategic thinking, excellent written communication, and attention to detail. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, growth, or marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Comfortable working across departments and influencing without direct authority
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute quickly and effectively
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to define and execute the top-of-funnel strategy
  • Own outbound outreach playbooks including email, LinkedIn, and tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or others
  • Identify and deploy sales engagement tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop messaging, creative assets, and thought leadership content
  • Lead strategy and execution of ecosystem partnerships to drive leads
  • Manage referral program for industry influencers and thought leaders
  • Support event planning, travel, partnership outreach, and campaign coordination to drive inbound and outbound leads
  • Build target account lists in coordination with sales leadership and adjust based on performance data
  • Track, measure, and optimize outbound performance and conversion to pipeline
