Growth Manager/Hacker

Summary

Experience working in a remote or highly distributed team environment is a plus. Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in growth, marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of developer infrastructure, particularly within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem
• Familiarity with the needs, workflows, and pain points of a developer-focused audience
• Proven ability to write, test, and iterate on copy, creative assets, and distribution strategies
• Working knowledge of data analytics tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance
• Demonstrated experience scaling growth channels and driving revenue
• Comfortable engaging directly with decision makers to educate and onboard them onto a platform
• A systematic problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution
