Requirements

  • 4-6 years of CRM experience, preferably with a focus on lifecycle marketing in B2C and B2B2E environments
  • Hands-on experience with the Braze platform is essential
  • Proven track record in driving customer retention and acquisition through personalized, data-driven marketing strategies
  • Strong experience in customer segmentation, messaging, and using data to inform marketing strategy
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing and customer journey optimization
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer retention and engagement through data-driven CRM strategies, leveraging the Braze platform to create personalized customer journeys
  • Spearhead cross-functional projects, working closely with Product, Brand, and Lifecycle teams to increase customer retention and overall revenue
  • Collaborate with external digital marketing agencies and manage campaigns designed to acquire and retain customers
  • Design and implement sophisticated segmentation strategies to ensure targeted messaging and personalized experiences for various customer segments
  • Develop and refine creative assets, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
  • Hypothesize and incorporate A/B testing insights to continuously optimize campaigns
  • Identify and test new channels and tools that could help acquire and retain customers, improving overall performance and revenue growth
