You will leverage your expertise in growth hacking and data-driven decision-making to implement and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities include managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Search, running demand generation campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Meta, and collaborating with regional marketing teams. You will create high-converting email campaigns using HubSpot and work closely with sales to develop targeted ABM campaigns. Requirements

  • Possess substantial practical experience in performance/growth/demand marketing, with successful project implementation in a dynamic B2B environment
  • Have in-depth knowledge of using paid media channels, particularly paid search and social media (especially LinkedIn Ads), to generate high-quality leads and foster pipeline growth
  • Possess excellent written communication skills in German and the ability to optimize ad copy to increase conversions
  • Be able to manage end-to-end campaigns across email, paid media (social, search & display), organic search, and social media, delivering tangible results in pipeline and revenue growth
  • Work analytically and data-driven, enjoying testing and optimizing campaigns to improve conversion rates (CVR) and CPA metrics

Responsibilities

  • Implement growth marketing and ABM campaigns across digital channels like SEM, email, social media, and paid media
  • Launch and optimize paid media initiatives to generate new leads while maintaining sustainable CPA
  • Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Search to maximize ROAS
  • Manage our demand generation campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Capterra
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams and the Head of Partner Marketing to ensure successful campaign implementation aligned with business goals
  • Develop targeted ABM campaigns in close coordination with sales, focusing on ideal customer profiles (ICP) to increase conversions
  • Utilize HubSpot to create high-converting email campaigns, segment audiences, and perform campaign analysis for continuous optimization
