Summary

Join DeWitt Move Worldwide as a sales professional and collaborate with stakeholders on organizational change and strategy. You will set and achieve sales goals, pursue new opportunities, and research customer needs. Responsibilities include exceeding sales quotas, interacting with sales teams and executives, developing sales strategies, and negotiating pricing with vendors. You will also maintain CRM systems, prepare sales reports, and act as a key customer advocate. This role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of sales experience, and proficiency in CRM software. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in [industry, e.g., logistics, moving services, or transportation]
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience negotiating pricing and issuing competitive quotes
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on organizational change and strategy as required
  • In conjunction with the Executive Vice President(s) / President, will set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals, target markets and target accounts, revenue goals, and self-development goals
  • Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow up on calls/meetings
  • Research customer needs and requirements; implement new ideas/strategies to generate interest in sales
  • Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas
  • Interact with sales representatives, team leaders/managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
  • Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business
  • Experience leveraging support from other department managers and personnel in a collaborative manner
  • Experience negotiating pricing with vendors to issue competitive quotes to existing and potential clients
  • May be required to attend conferences, trade shows, or other travel for work-related needs
  • Ability to work independently, ensuring file accuracy and profitability
  • Prepare sales-related reports and promote marketing targets
  • Development of new accounts/business for DeWitt Move Worldwide
  • Grow and maintain accounts once brought on
  • Act as key customer advocate to help product development
  • Aid in claims processing and collection efforts, where needed
  • Set up and maintain all tracking and notification tools in CRM, moving or other software systems requested by DeWitt Move Worldwide
  • Experience leveraging support from other department managers and personnel collaboratively
