Join Atomic, a venture studio co-founding companies, as a strategic GTM operator to build and execute our Product-led-Growth Strategy. You will drive top-of-funnel growth, lead generation, and outbound motion, setting up a scalable GTM engine. Responsibilities include building and optimizing GTM infrastructure, optimizing performance with data and analytics, crafting compelling cross-channel content, and owning sales pipeline development. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in demand generation, outbound sales, or growth marketing, with expertise in multi-channel outreach and GTM tools. Requirements
- Experienced GTM Operator – You have 5+ years of experience in demand generation, outbound sales, or growth marketing
- Deep Expertise in Multi-Channel Outreach – You understand how to craft compelling messaging for LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, podcasts, and direct outreach to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Technically Fluent in GTM Tools – Comfortable and excited about setting up the tooling needed to build an efficient outbound engine
- Creative & Relationship-Driven – You excel at connecting with prospects and know how to use content as a wedge to drive conversations and relationships
- Data Driven Experimentation – Testing & experimentation are second nature to you. You thrive on A/B testing, tracking performance, and iterating based on data to continuously improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates. You are not afraid to fail fast and quickly learn from data
- Self-Starter with an Ownership Mentality – You love building things from 0 → 1 and are eager to own and execute a GTM motion that fuels company growth
Responsibilities
- Build & Optimize GTM Infrastructure – Procure, set up, and manage the tools needed to create a scalable outbound motion (e.g., Clay, Lemlist, Descript, Vector etc.)
- Optimize Performance with Data & Analytics – Own tracking, analytics, and performance measurement, including A/B testing organic and paid campaigns across multiple channels to refine outreach and conversion strategies. You will be responsible for tracking key metrics related to driving user acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization
- Craft Compelling Cross-Channel Content – Create & distribute compelling thought leadership content, blog posts, and podcasts for our CEO and other leadership team members across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, our website, and other key platforms
- Own Sales Pipeline Development – Set up outbound sales calls across key verticals and, as the GTM flywheel strengthens, partner closely with the team to help lead sales conversations and qualification efforts
Preferred Qualifications
Stage and Industry Expertise – Ideally you have prior experience working in a PLG led company, a B2B SaaS company (a plus if you have experience with a vertical software company), and/or in a fintech company. As you will be the company’s first GTM hire, ideally you have experience working in an early stage, scrappy environment (i.e. have taken a company from 0 → 1, then 1 → 10.)
