Guest Experience Billing Specialist

Summary

Join Kasa as a fully remote Guest Billing Specialist based in the Philippines and contribute to our global brand by ensuring reservation accuracy, resolving guest billing inquiries, and conducting audits. You will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and guest satisfaction. This role requires at least one year of experience in administrative, audit, billing, or hospitality. Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an administrative, night/sales audit, AR, or billing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Stripe
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills
• Ability to maintain efficiency while working independently

Responsibilities

• Perform billing audits and adjust reservation data to ensure financial accuracy
• Regularly contact guests via email, phone, text, or SMS to resolve billing issues and payment inquiries
• Work closely with the Communications, Reservations, and Portfolio teams to ensure accurate reservation reporting and expedient payment resolutions
• Process payments for unique reservation circumstances and long-term stays
• Ensure all billing-related transitions and activities are completed for new building transitions
• Support resolutions with distribution partners
• Manage the processing of long-term stay payment plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting background
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience working for small and large enterprise companies
