Summary

Join EchoPark Automotive as an Inside Sales Representative, working remotely from 12 pm to 9 pm Pacific Time. This full-time position involves answering inbound calls, chats, and internet leads, explaining the sales process, and setting appointments at dealerships. You will receive three weeks of paid training covering product knowledge, sales skills, communication, and internal software. The role requires building rapport with guests, understanding their needs, and matching them with inventory. You will also need to continually improve and be receptive to coaching, while maintaining efficiency and providing excellent service. The position offers a competitive income potential, including base pay and uncapped commission, along with various benefits.

Requirements

  • 1-year of customer service/sales experience, telephone-based preferred
  • Proficient computer experience leveraging multiple platforms at the same time
  • A history of succeeding in a team environment
  • Professional verbal and written communication, with excellent active listening skills
  • A desire to learn, practice and deliver a remarkable guest experience
  • Competitive and goal oriented individuals
  • Experience using good problem-solving skills, and taking the initiative to think critically to identify improvement opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Working from home, 12 pm- 9 pm PST. This will be a full-time position, 40 hours per week, and includes working every other Saturday and at least 1 Sunday shift per month. Sunday shift is always 7 am-3 pm PST
  • Build rapport with guests and assist through personality and relationship selling
  • Assist guests through inbound and permission-based outbound calls by utilizing relationship-based sales
  • Exercise the intuitive ability to understand guests' needs and match those needs with company inventory
  • Set appointments for guests based on their time, location preference, and vehicle needs
  • Continually improve and be receptive to coaching
  • Practice efficiency, and handle call volumes knowledgeably while still providing excellent service
  • Answer guest’s questions accurately, openly, and honestly
