Requirements

• Experience in working in a HDD industry
• Experience in working in a clean room environment
• Experience in using tribology testers, such as Guzik or Kubota
• Experience using OSA, AFM, Optical microscopy
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to use Windows or Mac and Microsoft Excel for data entry
• Good attention to detail
• Able to prioritize quality of results rather than speed
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Use various measurements and tribology testers in a clean room environment, such as AFM, OSA, Guzik Kubota, etc tools
• Handle tribology characterization for media and head, lube thickness, TD power, and laser power, etc
• Responsible for collecting data and keeping records of experimental progress
