HCL BigFix Administrator

Summary

The job is for a 100% remote BigFix Administrator who will manage and maintain the HCL BigFix environment, integrate it with AWS, ensure security and compliance, automate tasks, generate reports, collaborate with IT teams, and provide support. The role requires extensive enterprise experience (>50,000 endpoints), 5+ years of application development or related experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and specific certifications.

Requirements

• Extensive, large-scale enterprise (>50,000 endpoints) experience
• 5+ years of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience
• Experience in combining the data from multiple BigFix core installations
• Proven experience as an HCL BigFix Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of endpoint management, IT security, and AWS cloud services
• Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and environments
• MS SQL Server; RHEL 8.x; Windows 2019+
• HCL BigFix Platform 10/11 Professional, or Platform 11 Administrator, or HCL BigFix Compliance 10 Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree; OR, Associate's degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience; OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 12 years without a degree)

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the HCL BigFix environment to ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of endpoint management across the organization
• Deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting BigFix components
• Generating reports and integrating BigFix with AWS environments
• Collaborating with various IT teams to ensure compliance and optimal performance of the BigFix infrastructure
