Summary
Join Remote as an HCM & GP Onboarding Consultant and lead the implementation of large-scale HCM & GP projects for global clients. Partner with clients to gather and analyze their needs, develop implementation plans, and ensure alignment of internal deliverables. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while providing guidance and training to client teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop client documentation, training materials, and user guides. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and support clients in change management activities. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary ($101,850 - $114,550 USD) and benefits including flexible paid time off, flexible working hours, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, and more.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of implementing global HCM and Payroll Solutions in a fast-paced environment for enterprise clients
- Experience in successful engagement with internal and external stakeholders of various seniority levels and from different areas of the business (IT, Finance, Payroll, HR, C-level)
- Customer focused with a genuine interest in solving problems and delivering solutions for clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and translate client requirements into product solutions
- Excellent project management and technical solutions delivery skills
- Writes and speaks fluent English
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of multiple large-scale HCM & GP implementation projects for global clients
- Partner with clients to gather and analyze their needs and requirements and develop the implementation project plans
- Ensure internal cross-functional deliverables and timelines alignment throughout the implementation
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints
- Provide guidance and training to client teams on HCM & GP functionalities, best practices, and system usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Payroll, Customer Success and other stakeholders, to ensure successful and timely implementation
- Develop and deliver customized client documentation, training materials, and user guides to support client teams in system adoption and usage
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies
- Support clients in change management activities, including user communication, stakeholder engagement, and post-implementation support
