Requirements

  • Proven Leadership – You’ve led sales teams with documented success consistently achieving revenue targets. You know how to inspire, coach and scale a team, while maintaining a strong culture
  • Strong Sales Acumen – Deep understanding of sales methodologies, operations and best practices to drive repeatable sales success
  • Strategic & Hands-On – You balance big-picture strategy with a willingness to get into the trenches to solve problems and unblock your team

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and lead a sales team to consistently exceed targets
  • Establish a high-performance, feedback-driven culture that celebrates wins and learns from challenges
  • Attract, hire, and develop top sales talent
  • Define and execute an ambitious sales strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Forecast accurately, manage pipelines and deliver predictable growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, revenue operations, business analytics and other teams to drive revenue
  • Serve as a coach and role model to team members
  • Build leadership capability within the sales organization for scalable growth
  • Create accountability through clear metrics, goals and regular coaching
  • Implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and technologies
  • Set clear expectations for performance, customer experience, and ethical selling
  • Establish operational excellence across every stage of the sales funnel
