Summary

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a clinical leader in a healthcare system or start up
• 5+ years working with product and engineering as a clinical advisor and subject matter expert
• 5+ years at a leadership level within a high growth startup
• Deep experience coordinating cross functional teams within a matrixed organization to drive results
• Masters in Clinical Behavioral Health (e.g. LCSW, MPH, LMFT)

Responsibilities

Lead the clinical team to improve technical products and drive innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a triad relationship – directly with healthcare providers, biz ops and product leadership
• Experience using and delivering on OKRs
• Experience reporting out to executives and partners on results
• Experience in clinical research and development
• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, MD, DO)
