Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, customer advocacy, customer success
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, marketing collaboration, and field support
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve common goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts across diverse audiences
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
- Self-starter who can help build a program and define the scope and goals strategic initiatives
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Own and execute customer marketing programs to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and advocacy
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to nurture relationships, increase retention and expansion opportunities, drive customer loyalty, and create marketing partners
- Operationalize programs for driving customer advocacy at scale (including referrals, testimonials, references, case studies, and speaking engagements)
- Define and benchmark against key performance metrics for customer marketing initiatives and strategies
- Build a community of fanatic brand advocates
- Build and lead a high-performing team of customer marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster individual growth and team success
- Set clear goals and expectations, and establish processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective execution of customer marketing initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the customer marketing team
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
