Lead and manage all cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Develop and enforce security policies, manage IT security operations, and investigate incidents. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to maintain secure coding standards and infrastructure. Contribute to audits, penetration testing, and client security diligence. This role requires extensive experience in IT governance and security, strong leadership skills, and relevant certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of IT governance or security related experience, with increasing management responsibility
• Good communication skills
• Strong leadership, people management, and internal and external relationship building skills

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the IT security program at DiligenceVault including infrastructure, endpoints and access management
• Development, implementation and maintenance of firmwide security policies and procedures
• Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and access of client data, company data including PII
• Investigation and tracking of incidents and breaches as well as compliance with data privacy regulations
• Selecting appropriate vendors for this security infrastructure
• Lead the development of relevant training programs for cybersecurity
• Partner with product team and CTO to ensure secure coding standards, as well as secure configuration of infrastructure, and AI security best practices
• Contribute to the purchase of cybersecurity insurance and maintenance of coverage levels
• Contribute to DiligenceVault’s independent penetration testing, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits
• Assist in client security diligence process, including overseeing responding to security sections of IT DDQs

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Master’s degree
