Requirements
- Proven experience as a finance leader in a high-growth company
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and analysis
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key financial advisor to the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving financial performance in alignment with company goals
- Develop and manage annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial models
- Analyze key business metrics, provide insightful reporting, and support data-driven decision-making
- Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger management, month-end close, financial reporting, audit preparation, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Optimize cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes to support company growth and financial objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS and/or hardware manufacturing
- Pre- and post-IPO experience, with a track record of scaling businesses to over $100M in revenue
