Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years proven experience in audit, financial management and leadership within the software or technology sector
• Proven ability in leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, strategic financial planning, and the implementation of robust financial systems and controls
• General understanding of international accounting standards, financial legislation, and tax regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across TrustYou's international locations
• Oversee and continuously improve all financial operations, including accounting, controlling, and planning
• Act as a strategic business partner to the management team, providing insightful financial analysis, operational KPIs, and recommendations
• Align financial management strategies with the company’s global expansion goals
• Participate in the global implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
