Reporting to the Global Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for enhancing the Kao Salon Division's portfolio through the development and implementation of global education strategies. You will develop training materials, lead events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives. This role requires a strong background in the professional beauty industry, international business experience, and proven leadership skills. Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, ideally with international experience
• Licensed / accredited hairdresser
• 15+ years' experience in professional beauty industry
• Experience in an International business
• Experience at global level regarding strategy development and regional / country experience with managerial experience
• Experience in Education and excellent comprehension on the use and training of Hair color, Cutting, Finishing
• Experience developing teams, content, concept development and go-to-market planning

Responsibilities

• Develop global education strategies for Goldwell, KMS and Kerasilk brands in line with overall brand strategy
• Develop and implement training principles, flagship artistic content and facilitation standards for regions/country educators and independent contractors and drive innovation with R&D and Marketing on time and within budget
• Develop holistic strategy for all Kao Salon Academies
• Evaluate and create strategies for all global/region/country platforms for digital education
• Global Event Production: Develop strategy for global events
• Track progress against education goals across countries and regions to create a consistent report
• Be a member of Global Centre Lead Team to collaborate on Kao Salon Division overarching strategies, vision and tactics
• Ensure budget management for department and division and secure savings
