The role involves designing and managing comprehensive learning and development programs, instructional design, vendor management, system optimization, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive vision for non-clinical learning and development at Kooth
• Utilize evidence-based learning and development solutions to design and measure outcomes
• Create and facilitate learning cohorts for future managers and early career professionals
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align training schedules and communications
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and DEIB values are upheld
• Develop a learning and development dashboard that reports on training completion by department
• Develop and implement a multi-channel internal communications strategy
